James T. Kloppenberg
James T. Kloppenberg (born June 23, 1951 Denver) is an American historian, and Charles Warren Professor of American History, at Harvard University.[1]
Life
He graduated from Dartmouth College summa cum laude, and from Stanford University with an M.A. and Ph.D. in 1980. He has held the Pitt professorship at the University of Cambridge, has taught at the École des hautes études en sciences sociales in Paris,[2] He taught at Brandeis University.[3]
He and his wife Mary live in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
